An Early 20th Century Gilt Bronze and Glass Chandelier
Out of stock
An imposing early 20th century gilt bronze and glass chandelier. Having six arms styled as flower stems with scrolling foliage and ending with delicate glass flower petal shades. The central glass shade being styled as a period torch flame. The whole being supported by an attractive rope effect arms which are topped by a decorative acanthus leaf ceiling rose. One of the glass shades has some loss to its top which is hardly noticeable when the chandelier is hung and although the shade is loose due to the loss it sits on the bulb housed inside. A wire cage could easily be inserted into the shade if need be. A really stylish piece of antique lighting that would sit well in a modern or traditional interior.
