A Liberty & Co. Moorish Arts and Crafts Armchair, Attributed to William Birch

This beautiful armchair, dating from the late 19th to early 20th century, is a charming example of the craftsmanship associated with Liberty & Co. and the Arts and Crafts movement. Multiple layers of original paint add to its character, with the current finish resembling a soft, weathered shade of dried plaster, enhancing its appeal.
