Description
A striking two‑seater settee, likely mid to later 20th century, in the African tribal style. Hardwood, carved and banded with contrasting bone inlay, accented with rows of metal studs. The curved tub form features open sides and arms with brown leather panels to the seat and wrap‑around top rail.
The proportions make this practical for hall, boot room, living‑room, or perhaps a strong decorative statement at the foot of a bed!
Condition: good vintage condition. The frame is sturdy. Leather shows expected creasing, marks and surface wear from use, all commensurate with age and use. Ready to place.
