A well executed C18th oil on canvas portrait of a gentleman. The sitter in a powdered wig, wearing a crimson jacket with lace collar and cuffs showing below. Atmospheric sky to the background. Still in its original stretcher. Some ripples to the canvas to the right of the sitter but no canvas damage, patches or repairs.
