A stunning Arts and Crafts Mantel Clock. Larger than most, this beautifully handcrafted clock has a hammered copper case of architectural form. Having a domed roof above a stepped cornice. The central clock face with Arabic numerals to dial being flanked by tapered Tuscan columns and delightful Ruskin style cabochons. Laurel wreath decoration encircles the columns, dial, and cabochons. The attractive plinth base with contrasting hammered plates with inset buttons and corner mounts. Dated October 1919. Strikes and the hour and half hour.
