A Rare Pair of Midcentury Chairs by A Bulleri & Co. Circa 1950. Ladder back design and retaining their smart original orange paint and cane seats. Five arched rungs to the tapered ladder back. Circular tapered legs and cross stretchers complete the look. Extremely elegant chairs similar to the famous chairs from the Chiavari region of Italy.
Remnants of makers label underneath one chair.
Condition. In good condition commensurate to age and use. Some chips to the paint. The cane is old but is solid and has been restored to the edges with strengthening blocks underneath. Dimensions: 109cm H x 42 W x 42 D Seat height 44 cm.
