A Beautiful Victorian Gothic Revival Oak Desk in the manner of Pugin Circa 1880. The desk having a tooled tan leather writing top above a central arched kneehole opening. Flanked to each side by drawers and cupboards with enclosed shelf. The doors have the most amazing linenfold panels with beautifully executed hand wrought strapwork hinges and escutcheons. The sides are also decorated with linenfold carving. The desk has a wonderful colour and a beautiful fleck to the grain. This piece will make a wonderful addition to any room. Kneehole opening: 27 inches high by 21 inches wide. Please note that this desk is one solid piece of furniture and DOES NOT break down into pedestals and a desktop.
